Throat infection / sore throat
I have been suffering from throat infection from last one month. I had Antibiotics named Augmentin 625, then after taking that medicine I recovered but for few days.. Again Infection arrived and I visited doctor, who gave me some antibiotics and pain killers,again I recovered for few days but again infection arrived. Now I am taking Azax-500 along with voveran plus as pain killer.
Please suggest what treatment is required in my case. Please guide.

Having used multiple antibiotics without any benefit definitely warrants further investigation
Image you sent doesn't show any significant findings.
It could be due to irritation of pharynx due to post nasal drip,

I feel you should stop antibiotic ,wait for few days and do a throat swab culture.

Continue same treatment
1)Add limcee tablets(vit c) OD 1-0-0 for 2 weeks
2) Betadine gargles TID 1-0-0 for 5 days
Avoid cold items
