Throat hurts, eye discharge (both eyes)

I'm having trouble swallowing food, or just drinking water because my throat hurts so bad; also when I sleep, I wake up having trouble opening my eyes like its glued in. My eyes are having some kind of mucus attached to my eyelids and my eyes are pink.
