Greetings behavior could be consistent with selective mutism, social anxiety, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), where social communication varies by environment. It is encouraging that recent training from his wife has led to more consistent responses at home. However, an evaluation by a speech-language pathologist or psychologist is recommended to understand the underlying cause. They can provide targeted strategies to help generalize these communication skills to social settings outside the family

What is his age? Lack of social skills and communication no eye to eye contact in fact living in his old and repetitive actions only these findings suggest Autistic spectrum. Difficult to diagnose before 1 and a half year age.
Next Steps
Consider evaluation by developmental assessment.

You have not mentioned your child's age, which is one of the most important details needed to assess development. Based on the information provided, responding less consistently to strangers than to parents is often normal, especially if your child otherwise communicates, understands instructions, maintains good eye contact, interacts socially, and is continuing to acquire new skills. Please share your child's current age and other developmental milestones (speech, social interaction, play skills, eye contact, etc.) so that a more meaningful assessment can be made.
