She is most probably having a stye. Start with eye ointment moxifloxacin 2 times a day along with warm compresses. She can take Tablet Combiflam on sos basis if pain is more. Her systemic evaluation including blood sugar needs to be done routinely.

Do hot fomentation 10min/three times a day and put small amount zaha eye ointment inside the eye at night — for 15 days .. any oral painkiller can be taken after food
Instill ocupol eye ointment two times a day and moxifloxacin eye drop four times a day for 7 days .....n hot compresses ........and personal consultation is only to help you better .....
It would be better if you could post a photo. It seems it is mostly infection of lids called Stye.
Do hot water fomentation (massage) over the lid 3-4 times a day. If doesn't resolve then show or talk to your nearest eye specialist.
1.Hot fomentation three times a day. This is the most important thing you have to ensure.
2. Moxifloxacin (Mahaflox/ Mosi) eye drops 4 times a day
3. Painkiller (Tab combiflam) two times a day after food for 3 days.
She might need oral antibiotic as well if there is no relief in a day or two.
