Third nerve paresis
My mom is 60 years old and she is suffering from double vision right eye and watering eyes since last 5 years otherwise her eyesight is normal she wores specs she has taken lot of medications from doctors and had her MRI also but there is no effect from medication pls suggest me something .

3 nv paresis,Needs to be evaluated by a neurologist first. If ok..Meet up a squint specialist for complete evaluation. You can get glasses to correct diplopia (prisms) or a surgical correction.

After 5 years, it is unlikely to resolve by medication.
It's time for her to get surgery done to reduce diplopia.
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
