Think alot abt minner things ,depression
"my mind thing a lot on very small things, which make me depressed. or you can say i am very sensitive. i.e if I did something wrong or someone said bad about me. it will remain in mind and suddenly make my mood sad. due to this problem my mood swing allot and i cant even concentrate on other works. i don't like if any one insult me it hurt me allot but it happened some time due to my mistake and some time due to misunderstanding. i have lost one of my best friend due to my mistake that is ok but still i am not able to forgot that movement, my mind always thing and ask question from me why you did this. there are some childhood memories are still in mind which make my mood swing. if any one tease me for a movement and i feel in that situation i not good i will make my headache. i would like to request you to kindly advise me to get myself out from this. due to this i am always very much confuse to take any decision.
