Thighs pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

At the time of mid sleeping... suddenly I face pain in my thighs and after knees and then entire leg... I m suffering from last 4year, done MRI, doppler test etc but nothing to b found so every third day taking pain killer etorokoxib and after taking the same feeling batter but it only for 48 hrs.. Don't understand
