Thickened endotrium (14.2mm)
I have 14.2 mm thickened endotrium. LMP was on 22nd of November and a slight spotting on 5th of March . Should I wait for the normal periods or some medicine should be taken for the periods. My age is 42. No any others desiese no thyroid or BP or diabetes

Do a urine pregnancy test as this could be due to early pregnancy.. If negative u need to get a hysteroscopy and endometrial aspiration done as this could be some endometrial polyp too. Correlation with symptoms s important
