Asked for Female, 47 Years

Iam 47 yrs old. 2 deliveries caesarean. Missed my period in dec. In jan had blood clots for 4-5 days & it stopped. Now in feb i have slight bleeding. Pelvis scan was done and it says Endometrium thickened echogenic relatively avascular& measures 18.4 mm.Rt ovary measures 3.7x2.6cm & left 2.6x2.1cm. Is this normal? i am on T.Crina NCR fr 21 days.
