Hello, I understand your concern This can happen when solids are started & milk intake reduces. Thick stools + fewer wet diapers may suggest inadequate fluids.
Next Steps
Continue breastfeeding on demand—at least 6–8 times/day, not just for sleep. Offer 2–3 tbsp soft purees twice a day, gradually increase. Give a few sips of boiled-cooled water after meals. Include fiber-friendly foods—peas, pear, papaya. Avoid biscuits, sugary foods, excess rice cereal.
Health Tips
Red flags: Less than 4 wet diapers/day, very dry mouth, sunken eyes, irritability/lethargy Persistent vomiting, fever, poor feeding, blood in stool, weight loss

Gradually introduce solids, atleast 3-5 times a day and remaining times breastfeed her. Stool consistency may fluctuate since new food is being introduced.
