Hi i am 40yrs old and havi g irregular periods also having pcod since many years. In my tvs it's seen that my endometrium is 11.6 . How to go about this.

Tvs should be done after menses..still if it is thickened thn u may have to undergo D &C biopsy .In this procedure uterus is cleaned from inside and material obtained is sent for biopsy to check for cancer or anyother disease
