I have lower abdominal pain from hip to hip, from my nose to the top of my head it is spinning like a top and is constant dizziness, muscle spasms in the fingers and feet, nausea, shakey only a little bit when I'm sitting but when I stand my whole body gets the shakes to the point where my legs will give out on me. I went to the hospital and all they did was checi my gallbladder and discharged me with a UTI. I feel my symptoms are far more severe for something other than a UTI. Please help
