The problem regards a pimple on penis
I have noticed from past some I can feel a lump under penis now that lump become like a pimple on penis so please help me out to get rid of this lump

The reason of the lump or boil can be multiple. The best thing you can do right now is to maintain good hygiene and clean your private parts with some warm water and soft cloth. Also it is advisable that you visit a dermatologist and get yourself thouroughly checked and examined. Also you have not provided any details about your sexual encounters so to rule out any STDs is also difficult. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Visit a dermatologist.
