Stiffness and numbness in the arms and legs..I hv consulted a neurologist in my hometown..He said that the condition needs a surgery but after having the surgery the patient can only recover 30-40%..So please guide me what will be the best thing to do..Can it be cured by medicines or Physiotherapy? as the surgery can only cure upto 30-40%
