I had always gastrable problem maybe 4years this was notice, when the gas release the the ass hole, some liquid also come out,,no other problems ,what to do doctor

it is not possible that gastric juice comes out of anus it musg me sometime else do usg abdomen n pelvis along with rectal examination wt is liquid color is it dark red brownish or watery plzz reply
