The feeling wentaway/vanished after 14yr
Have undergone through the route canal treatment 14 years back now the cement went away just 2 days back, now I would want to fill a cement again in it

Yes. Please get the filling done immediately. You should also get a crown or cap placed on the tooth to prevent tooth fracture and micro leakages which will cause re-infection (in spite of root canal being done).

You can get a refilling done. However it is advisable to do a crown ( capping) on the tooth as root canaled teeth are at a risk of fracture.
