Do meditation/relaxation and stop thinking about it too much because it's all about psychology, don't search anything related to anxiety/phobia on YouTube consult psychologist always busy with family/friends
Start meditation and focus of positive thought rather then negative. Listen to nice relaxing music. Don't use internet much and read books with nice stories. If these things are not helping talk to someone whom you are comfortable with may be parents friends. Don't ignore and get a consult if required.
