Thallasemia Minor-low BP & breathlessnes

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Thallasemia Minor having low BP for last some days (borderline) but severe breathlessness. On reaseaching find many issues with TI somewhere hit me like jaundice, hypothyroid, fatigue, leg and feet pain with blocks in veins and need regular massage, oestopenia. I'm not taking any vitamin besides Thyronomm 50. Do I visit you for proper guidance. I stay in Dwarka.
