Thalassemia for 14 month son
Hi Sir, my son is 14 month old, and yesterday I was admit him in jalna hospital for fever but now doctor is saying " they find Thalassemia".
And in my family no one have thalassemia.
Please advise us, what we need to do?

Thallaasemia is of different types. Minor thallaasemia diagnosed incidentally and don't need treatment. Do Heamoglobin electrophoresis for confirmation of thallaasemia.
