Testoviron injec and sperm count dropped
Hi, doctor suggested testoviron injection to increase sperm count. I taken for 3 months(weekly once), .After 3 months i tested, my sperm count is Zero now. Why my sperm count dropped to zero.

Good evening dear. This can cause low sperm count / or no sperm count. It is to increase testosterone and not sperm count. External testosterone (which is not produced by your body) may have just opposite impact.
The one which is produced by your body can positively impact your sperm count. But cannot say the same for external one.
Please get yourself re tested from a different lab. There are chances of error in the report too.
Take 3 days of abstinence period.
Also, please note that these days many patients who are having low sperm count thinks IVF etc is the only option to father a child.
