Testicular Trauma
I got kicked in the testicles on 16th nov 2016, i consulted a doctor on that day he gave me some antibiotics, pain relievers an injection and some infection medicines. I got an ultrasound 5 days after the injury, it was diagnosed to be a testicular trauma. I felt good after a 40 days i was off medication, but i soon started feeling like my left testicle(the one i got hurt on) started shrinking. And i started to urinate a lot by 7 th of jan 2017 and my body started itching i was given UTI ( urinary track infection) medicines by the doctor and the urine test came out normal. I also told him about the atrophy of my left testicle and that my right one was getting bigger. He thought i was suffering from PTSD and gave me some medicines which i found out to be GABA initiators. My right testicles not hangs lower and the left one feels pretty small. I want to know if the atrophy could be prevented through surgery and if my testicles are able to produce enough testosterone.

Trauma can lead to decrease in size of testis and if it is shrinking there may be no medical method to make it big again. The images you have sent do not correctly tell the size as the report is not there. Urinary infection is related to this injury or isolated, needs to be figured out.
Next Steps
Please see a Urologist for further assessment.
