  4. Testicular torsion i guess. Since then!

About a year ago I felt extreme pain in the left side of my lower abdomen near my left testicles and since then my left testicle is sore it feels like there is some vien that is very streched and it hurts even touching it slightly and I get some pain during masterbation as well also the skin starts to shed on my testicles and around that area since then
