Testicular swelling. I would be really!

Hi Doctor I have had a history of testicular swelling, it was all good for almost 4 Years, but today I have noticed that my right testicle has swelled up to 2 times it's size and tunica attached to it also seems to be swelled up, it's been more than 12-15 hours. I was hoping if you can suggest me any medicine to lower the swelling. I would be really thankful to you. I am actually posted at remote place due to my job and here specialist doctor are not available. It will be very kind of you if you can suggest me any medicine. Please & Thank You for Help. I have no other Problem, just 2 months back got complete body Heath check up done covering common parameters. (please suggest more than one medicine so that if one is not available I could get it's substitute/alternative).
