Testicular Pain - When I Talk With My Gf About Sex...my Testic

When i talk with my gf about sex...my testic suddenly swollen.and severe pain occurs in both testics... I can't walk and i also can't seat comfortablely...after sometime pain automatically got vanished...this happens only when i chat about sex... other times it is normal..when i see porn video...it doesn't swelling..no pain... nothing happens.....but when i take feelings of sex..this happens...it continues about 4 years..i don't know what is happening...plz give me suggestions
