Testicular pain
I have had some testicular pain pretty severe on a Saturday and Sunday a few months ago. I thought about going in to be seen. I for sure would if my normal doctor would have been open. The pain subsided before the weekend ended and I have had small episodes that were not that painful once or twice a month. I went in for my annual physical and told the nurse and the doctor. I thought the doctor would do an exam to be sure there wasn’t anything obvious wrong, but she did not. Is that normal?

Might be mild epididymitis or varicocele troubling you. Never worry until symptoms really increase. Can go for an USG scrotum if symptoms increase
