Testicular pain from a week

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am experiencing mild dull testicular pain from a week. There wasn't any injury. It started suddenly from evening time.It reduces in night time and then increases gradually. I have little pain in glans also with some red dots over it and little pain in base of penile shaft . I am sexually inactive.
