Testicular discomfort
Ive been having a weird discomfort in the testicle area and sometimes inside the head area of the penis. I went to the E.R. , and all they found were 2 tiny cysts that are “no cause for concern.” I was told to follow up with a Urologist but am reluctant to do so becuase i dont have insurance and dont want to pay $400 for something that could potentially be nothing. My suspicion is that it may be an infection or virus of some kind. Could a blood test be the answer ? Or is a Urologist needed ?

Get a urine routine exam done. Also get semen analysis done to rule out infection. If normal, just forget this.
