Dear sir, there is a pain in my testis. Whenever I talk to my gf ,there is a secretion which comes out from my penis and after this I have pain in my testis.

Hello Its the lubricating fluid that comes out from penis when aroused and its absolutely normal. Its the body's way of preparing for a possible sex. It will go spontaneously once you become sexually active. Pain could be due to anxiety that there's something wrong with me as this fluid is coming out. But if still there is pain consult a surgeon in person.
