  4. Testicles float up. What is wrong?

Testicles float up
Hi I've been experiencing this issue for some time now. Whenever I am masturbating or having sex my testicles specially my right testicle floats up right next to the penis. At times I need to stop and push them both down. This only happens when I'm masturbating or penetrating. It does not happen when I'm not erect or even when I'm erect but not penetrating or masturbating. What is wrong? Please help. Thanks
