From a long time I M suffering from hydrocele.i consult a doctor.he told me for sonography.accroding to sonography report right side having mild hydronephrosis.both testicles and epididymis appear normal.scrotal wall and medial septum thickness is normal.left testis measure=3.8*1.5.
Right testis measure=4.1*1.6
