Testicle pain
I have right testicle pain for two months. Taken antibiotics and medicines a lot. Urologist says no specific problems. US Scan carried out. No symptoms of torsion and epidemis. Scanning for both abdomen and scrotum were taken. No problem found. Taken medicines for filariasis lastly. No relief. Pain for right testicle and following to right thigh.

Since no definite diagnosis has been made till now and only symptoms are there,sympotamatic treatment should be taken till a diagnosis is made. General measures are scrotal support(best by traditional Langot,),by scrotal supporters,avoid prolong standing.adequate rest. Repeat clinical examination and follow up with a urologist to make a presumptive diagnosis
