Testicle lump

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have had a lump on my testicle for a long time now like ten months I went to the GP ASAP and they said it's nothing but then recently the past 3 months I kept getting pain in the testicle and the lump grew so I went to the doctors again and they said it's nothing but I keep getting testicle pain and getting pain in my abdominal areas now theres two lumps and my all my nodes are up all over including neck which has a very hard one compared to the others and back of head groin I went back.
