Testicle and thigh nerve

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Im addicted to masturbation for 3 year,now im control my addiction to 5 days once fap,my right thigh is paining near to scortum.my right testicle hanging lower than left testicle with mild tenderness and discomfort.i think my thigh pain causing coz of nerve,sometimes my thigh pain is with heat sensation on particular part near scortum.(note:i have belly fat,thigh fat not more fat)
