Testicle and bladder pain

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi I have left testicle epidydymal cyst 3.2*1.4mm, 3.1*4.6mm. i consulted urologist, they says its common not big issue. this come to know two month back with ultrasound. but now i have pain both testicles and lower back as well. i took mri of testicles. looks normal. i use to push ups in gym with out a supporter. doctor says it may be nerve damages or pinches. if i do intercourse after intercourse pain will increase. in the bladder part also pain sometime.
