Test to check downsyndrome after birth
My son is 4 months old now. When my wife was pregnant and during her 3 rd month ultrasound showed NT value as 3.2 mm. We have done aminocintesis and NIPT. Both report came back as low risk. Do we have to do any test to check downsyndrome after birth?

1.Have a consultation with Pediatrician for clinical signs.Any risk factor's and antenatal details
2.Karytyping is study for Diagnosis of Down's syndrome.
3.In case of any doubt parents karyotyping is also needed.
