I had done unsafe sex 10 years ago recently I go for ictc test they collect the blood and after two hours given a report serum nonreactive from virus actually I'm donate blood at the blood bank in this 10 years 3 times they say at that time all tests are perfect your eligible for donate the blood My question is ictc test conclusive and ictc testing procedure and blood bank naco guidelines
