Test for pregnancy confirmation. Vwash?

I have irregular periods sometimes it was 35 or 43 or 45 days. For the past 2 months (june & july) I'm having 35 days cycle. In July I've my periods on 08.07.2021 & i guessed that my period will appear on 11.08.2021. so, i had very protected sex on 09.08.2021 & i missed my period. Today (21.08.2021) i vomit in the morning. I want to confirm that i am pregnant or not? Recommend me  which kind of blood test will confirm the pregnancy? Kindly guide me so i can detect the pregnancy as early as possible so i can abort the child. [Important note: Speaking frankly my husband didn't put it into my vagina he just rubbed it on my clitoris & vaginal opening & didn't ejaculate inside of me. After that when he removed the condom a teaspoon of sperm got it into my hand then i washed my hand with ayurvedic soap, also used sanitizer then again washed it. After that i washed my vagina with Vwash. Is there any chance that sperm got into my internal system while i was washing my vagina with vwash?]
