I just found out that i am pregnant... The test kit show positive result... My body started these signs a few days back... Is there any way to Terminate it?? Please help

Get done ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy and position of the pregnancy.With reports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine for abortion.If it is less than 7 weeks then it is possible.
