Steel net stick in my finger and blood is coming, then what I should do, where stick there is light darkness , I had taken Tetanus injection in October 2016.

It is advisable that you take a TT injection and get the wound dressed and evaluated for any contamination. If there's any contamination it would be advisable to have antibiotics in this case. Kindly visit the nearest ER for th TT and dressing.
