It looks like an traumatic ulcer caused due to last molars (wisdom teeth) mostly due to bucally erupting upper molars
So get X-ray done with both of ur molars upper and lower and get treatment done
Coz continuous trauma may lead to non healing ulcer and that may lead to cancer
And smoking is any how going to be the aggravating factor, so need to quit smoking
It looks like keratosis such as leukoplakia. For prescription of medication and instructions on investigations to confirm diagnosis, you can consult through this.
Don't worry about this. It's due to your extreme last upper and lower teeth, which don't have enough space to accommodate in mouth. So your skin (Mucosa) get trap( or rubbing) between upper and lower teeth when you chew something. Normally it happene between age of 18-30 when wisdom (Last) teeth start erupting in mouth. It happens with most of the people. There are 3 treatments option for this 1- Smoothing of tooth edges if they are sharp.2- Grinding of little upper and lower teeth so that Mucosa does not trap.3- Extraction (Removal) of any on tooth. For now plz avoid hard, hot and spicy food. But do visit a dental clinic for confirmation.
The cheek bite needs to be taken care of . Continued trauma will cause oral ulceration leading to cancer . Smoking is also going to be an aggravating factor
