Tender And Drt Anus.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Sir i have very dry and slightly tender anus. I also have continous urge to defecate and theres been a lot of mucus in my stools (dark coloured, foul Smelling) i am having this problem for 2 days, suggest me some medication. Prior to that, i had tinea cruris.
