Temporary stroke symptoms,

Asked for Female, 62 Years

My mom hospitalized for temporary stroke symptoms, CT brain, MRI brain and CT angiogram done and no bleed or block found. Had hypertension 190 and random sugar 356 and high cholesterol, would like to know is that would be the reason, and which one should be reduced on priority. Also any precautions or safety measures to avoid such emergency situation later.
