Tempermental Lower Back Pain
I'm 16 and I've had lower back pain for almost a year now. The pain switches side from the left lower muscle to the right, and I've gone to PT and chiropractors for over six months to attempt to fix it, but it won't get better at all. It bothers me most when jumping. I've strengthened my core, loosened surrounding muscles, and more. It just won't get better. Running and walking is fine, but any lateral or jumping movements hurt.
