Asked for Female, 3 Years

My daughter of 3 years and 9 months had 98.7 temperature on Saturday night. I gave her paracetamol and she was fine till yesterday afternoon. I checked her temperature again and it was 99. So I gave her paracetamol. Last night also 99 and gave her paracetamol. Now she has got 101. I gave her paracetamol Again. Please advise what to do further. She has got heavy cold also. Thank you.
