Hello,
Propranolol is a very weak BP medicine. Telma is definitely better. No major problems you can shift if indicated. If you think its a white coat hypertension then get your ABPM done
Take care
Hi, please take a bp apparatus at home and check your bp every two hours in a day and send a picture, so that i can evaluate your status and prescribe medication. Take online consultation with all old reports and your bp chart so that i can have a good idea.
