Tell me I'm pregnant or not?

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I done usg of lower abdomen check pregnancy. Reports 1.Kidneys are normal.No hydronephrotic change,cyst or calculus seen. 2.Ureters are not dilated. 3.Urinal bladder normal.No intravesical echogenic calculi or SOL seen.Postvoid residual urine volume not signifcant. 4.Uterus-Myometrial echopttrn normal.No myonatours lesion seen.Endonetrial echo seen as normal.Cavity looks empty.Cervix not bulky. Impression- Normal size ovaries with multiple sml peripheral follicles.Possiblty of polycystic chngs
