Tell abt all necessary test & ultrasound
Hi. My wife is now 12 week pregnant . Still we didn't visit any Gyny due to Covid situation. We just consult on-line. (1) Now kind suggest all the necessary blood tests nd ultrasounds. (2)  Is NT scan and Double marker tests are mandatory tests?? (3) my wife usually go on bed at 12 am night and wokeup  at morning at 9 am. So at 8 to 9 hrs she didn't eat anything..So this is normal or should eat at night also? I m requesting to answer my queries.  Thanks very much.

Hi. You are expected to have atleast one sonography in first trimester. Now that you have missed it, atleast don't miss NT NB scan with double marker test along with routine Anc profile. Sleep of atleast 8 hours is expected in pregnancy.

For 12 weeks of pregnancy 1. Blood group 2. Complete blood count 3. Urine analysis 4. HIV 5. HbS Antigen 6. Glucose challenge test 7. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestation sac and CRL and NT
