I have impaired awareness seizures & take tegretol 200mg morning / 300mg nighttime. 53kg/177cm
Titration started Jan 2026.
Should nighttime very intense teeth grinding, thrashing, panicky noises (definitely seizure and not parasomnia) be improving by now? Daytime has improved a bit. What is the normal expected timeline?
Also have IUD for adenomyosis. IUD controlled pain but now tegretol has caused lots of uterine cramping. What options to manage this or any long term suggestions that helps?
Also any quick general advice for someone on tegretol long term? Risks and how to minimize deficiencies?
Thank you for your time your advice is greatly appreciated.
