My daughter birth weight 2.8kg now after 6m4weeks 5.8kg. till 6 months express breast fed, now started solids 4 times with rice dal spinach carrot pumpkin ragi banana alternating everyday, any advice on which fruit we can start, strawberry lemon apple. can we increase solids freq if baby asks. also baby is teething, anything we can do to help, chilled cloth on gums . also water intake is ok abt 60ml as breastfeeding is also ongoing as primary food

According to me after completing 6 months start semisolid Diet like dal daliya khichdi rice ALU kela upama halwa rab kadi patoliya idli poha satu etc etc
For your knowledge 100ml milk give 70 calories 100ml juice give 55 calories and 100gm of semisolid Diet gives350 calories.
Upper limits of milk per day is 400ml.
According to me Stop milk from8am to 8pm.
Fruits and juice and milk are fancy items.
Teething do not causes any problem to kid.
