Hi dr my daughter 6.5 month old having loose motions due to teething as sometime stools is greenish?yellowish n semi solid.her rectal area is sometimes red and
Sometimes appear normal.she drools a lot and put her hands in mouth often.she got loose motions along with cough.Giving vizylac 2.5ml twice ,darolac z once.powergyl 2 ml given for 2days

Firstly,give 2 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet,and just 4 milk feeds in a day,one of which should be top formula feed,using a Spoon.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery,apply rashfree cream twice a day for rashes.
Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
If not improving in 3 days,consult your paediatrician.
Give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
